Refund policy

1. Return Window

Customers can return the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

2. Condition of the Product

The Fruit Fly Sucker must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and instructions included. Used or damaged products due to misuse will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product is defective or arrives damaged, customers must contact support within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement. Proof of damage (photos/videos) will be required.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used sticky bug tape discs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Items purchased through third-party sellers must follow their respective return policies.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect Fruit Fly Sucker LLC will not credit shipping costs. A new product will be shipped to you. 

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Warranty

limited 1-year warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not include normal wear and tear, dropped, mishandling or misuse.
